Took my wife out for date night at this new wine bar and had a quiet intimate dinner with wonderful food and a deliciously paired wine. Server was quick and friendly. I recommend everyone visit!!!

I always hesitate before posting a negative review because it could affect someone's business; however it is the responsibility of a restaurant owner to provide great service, product and atmosphere to their paying customers and this place fell well short of that. Quick summary:

My wife and I were very excited to have a wine bar near our home but after this experience we do not plan on returning.
-Our waitress didn't know how to open a bottle of wine. I've never seen this before in my life. Overall, the staff was noticeably undertrained.
Had a wonderful evening with the hubby at a new establishment. My server was knowledgeable and efficient and the food was delicious!!! Will defiantly visit again!!!
-Wine bar with a less than impressive wine list. No wine flight options which is strange for a wine bar. Served all wine in stemless glasses; again, strange for a wine bar.
-Was told to order the meatballs, I must say these were the worst I've ever had in my life. Rest of the food was forgettable.
Great menu, love the ambiance. Great to have this venue in Avon!
