Saved my husband's life
Customer service is waaaaay less than the main compass. I called for a hydration treatment they kept transfer me from one to the other and now i been on hold for 20 min
It was very clean, everyone very helpful.
The hospital rooms are to white and clinical..if you're in there for more than a day and the sun comes thru it gives you a very bad headache..also the decorating of the rooms are very bland..they need curtains above the windows and some artwork..not just a part of a wall that's brown wood..I was expecting comfort like fairview hospital but didn't get it..when you're sick you want something comfortable to be in not a exam room or emergency room feeling..otherwise the staff was good and the hospitalists were very knowledgeable..it was just the comfort feeling wasn't there..
