Needed to pick up six ceramic tile to repair my patio chairs. The manager was helpful in locating the item quickly. Was very happy they had the tile in stock. Chairs repaired and now rocking properly.
Horrible customer service. Won't deliver everything then accuse you of stealing it. Never again will I purchase anything from Greg at the Great Escape.
On the advice of friends who purchased here, we drove an hour to see what they had. Their competition is only 20 minutes from my house, but our friends were adamant that we check out The Great Escape. We ended up buying a pool and are now waiting for delivery. Our buying experience was awesome!!! Their prices were cheaper then their competition. Also their accessories and pool toys are cheaper as well. I will write another review once we receive the pool and are up and running.
In regards to Greg post above. He is a liar. Never once did we ever say we were satisfied with anything the great escape has done. Also anyone who supposedly got free installation, you didn't. You were charged and I have proof thanks to Matt Coughlin. Don't worry Greg you won't be ripping more people off.
We got the best deal! We bought a pool and spa for the price of a pool at another store. Our sales rep was very helpful and we are so glad we stopped in!
I feel customer service varied depending on individual. Greg was informative and knowledgeable. The other salesman we dealt w needed to be more informative and clear with specifics as what needed to be completed for installation. He was not specific on what all needed to be done to install the pool. A checklist of specifics of what needs to be done (electric work) needed be given at time of purchase. Not just a vague statement. I also believe install side of company needs to be more connected to sales side.
Greg did contact me based on specific issues and handled it very professionally. I was happy with his willingness to make sure that all issues were resolved. I wish we would have been able to deal with Greg throughout the whole process .
