We were misinformed when signing up for a phone plan at this Avon location. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to a different Sprint retail store.
I cannot gush more about the customer service we received! Everyone was kind, helpful, and the transition to our new plan was effortless. Xzavier was hands-on the most accessible and rep I've met in a long, long time!
Dealt with Ronald Brown, should have read the reviews before going in, because Elyria was out of tempered glass cases for S8's walked in with my son and had to wait while he went to the bar next door to get change. Went home and opened the package to not only find the cleaning materials had already been stripped from the package but the screen was already broken. I returned to the store within an hour of purchase and he acted like he had never seen me before. After he opened the package, he returned it to me to tell me that none of their products are ever opened and he can not accept a return that is open without a manager on duty. He then stated the next time a manager is on duty is Friday, 2 days later. My guess is the manager probably will do nothing for me and since there is no paperwork inside the retail box I won't even be able to register it and get a replacement if I did a warranty return, which would cost me $10 shipping. Worst "store" I have ever been to and it would probably be better for google to list this location as permanently closed so no one else comes here.
I went into the store today because I was having an issue with the charging port to my phone, the charger wouldn't connect. It looked like one of my kids had stuffed something into my phone and whatever it was had dried up and hardened in my charging port. The two employees (Xavier & Anthony), were able completely clean out my phone and get everything working again.
They did this all on their own voluntarily even though this issue was not their fault nor was it their responsibility to fix it. I would have had to take my phone to an actual service center to be repaired if it weren't for them. 10/10 customer service rating from me.... thanks!
Great Service all around. Very friendly. Want you to walk out of their store with the best plan possible.
