I really like the clothes here and it is a great location
I feel like most Old Navy's are extremely unorganized and a mess. They never seem to have most of the sizes in stock. It's usually a frustrating experience for me. This is why I shop Old Navy online. I went in to exchange and, of course, my size was incredibly hard to find. It's a common size so I guess it sells quick? (Not if you stock correctly) So I finally found something to exchange and the woman at the counter was very fast and efficient and made my frustration a little better. So this Old Navy is a little better I suppose.
Horrible experience with a return. Item was purchased approximately 1 month prior plus I had the receipt and it still took almost an hour. Completely incompetent manager that day. Poor quality clothing. Waste of time
Rude employees, we walked in and got dirty looks by the young girl workers . Clearance is a mess and not organized. Hate wasting my time on false advertisement
