First of all my worker seemed super stuck up. It was right before his break and he was being really rude. Then I get my drink and it’s half filled with foam and my mom said hers wasn’t sweet enough but we said it was whatever. Then it took forever to get my food which I understand because it was a little busy. Then I’m in line for the longest time and mean while this guy has to bring his food back and says “this is the worst panera experience i’ve ever had.” I finally get my food and It’s not the right size. Both me and my friend ordered a large and her’s was good the right size but mine was soooo small. My friend took a bite of her mac n cheese and it was cold. Later, I took a bite of my bread. CRUNCHY!!!!!!! Its burnt like toast. So disappointing:( And a drunk guy peed his pants
Came in 20 mins before close, was given attitude by employees Sam, Megan, and Dale. As I was sitting in my car arranging my food and bag they kept waving at me in a very sarcastic manner. Very disapointed.
I diddnt know panera coukd be bad
Panera has that special something in it's taste that causes a craving and nothing else will do to sate it. For this I recommend a Bacon Turkey Bravo with a cup of Broccoli Cheddar Soup.
went tonight and my friend bought a smoothie. employees were talking rudely about us and we could hear it, and when we left and sat in the car, because they were closing soon and didn’t want to keep them waiting to close, they waved rudely at us, almost sarcastically. it was very rude and i wouldn’t doubt if they spit in my friend’s drink either. very immature.
